HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I am trying to add one of the skytrack containments to my main menu so I don't have to overwrite my normal containment. So I added a map sloy to the main menu using DotHalo. Then I changed the scenario name to scenarios/multi/Jagblade/Jagblade using a hex editor to match the scenario name I put in using DotHalo. I signed the main menu and my modded containment. I ftped my main menu overwriting the old one andI put the modded containment woth the diffefernt scenario name with the old maps. I started my xbox wen to my newly added map slot called Jagblade started the game and it just went back to the went back to the menu saying wiating for u to start the Game. please help

do you have the 1.2 AU installed from live? It will not work with the 1.2 update.

I don't think there is a 1.2 auto update, isn't it just 1.1? I did it with the 1.1 update (with the new maps), and it worked. But I haven't tried adding one of the new maps to the main menu. But you can just turn off the AU by going to the directory just before the new map called $U and rename it, then the auto updates are off. Try that.

Somone also made a main menu mod so all the new maps are added (mean for the screencap trainer). But the point is, it's possible.
