Because of their poor outlook on modding, I decided (with the flying dutchman's permisson) to post the video for the preview of the Killotrocity Map Pack. You can find the post here:
http://bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?pos ... s=true#end
As you can see, it's pretty popular.
Oh, and just so you know, I had no part in making any of the mods in the map pack, making the video, or compiling the map pack.

Awesome. Maybe we can finally show those ignorant fools that modding can be used for something much better and much more fun than just simple cheating!

i agree with Kojak, we mod for fun, not for fame, most of us mod for fun, some of us mod for film (like me) but absolutly bugger all of us Mod for fame... and the ones that Mod for cheating pourposes can go and fuck themselves, as they are lower than maggots.
here are my stats....
as yuou can see, i am one of the people who allways plays legit on XBL... but in June, i didnt pay for my subscription, so me no have live no more.

Hell, they can just whip up(with a good amount of work) a brand new map for themselves if they want to.

All I can say is they better freakin' make Halo 3 moddable. The xbox 1 came with a hard drive. Why the freak' couldn't they have given us modding tools and just use a different signiture or something for mods?
I just hope they don't make the same mistake again. Consoles are more than ready for pc-style modding.

With their tools, they could probably do anything we could think of. AI in MP, brand new BSPs, etc.

With their tools you could make maps and tags and anything FROM SCRATCH. Next time any of you happen to be on bungie's pcs bring home a cd with some stuff on it, k?
