Removing Invisible Barrier

How would I remove the invisible wall barriers from maps so that a vehicle such as a warthog or a spectre would be able to pass it. Is there an application or tutorial to do this.

Thanks - DaShogun

I have seen it done before where people have removed barriers so that vehicles could be able to get out of the map.

Actually, you can do it. You just need to mess with the Map's BSP to do it. There are tuts out there.

You need to extract the collision model with this
http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php ... highlight=
Then lower the wall verticies and re-inject

You might also want to make the banshee ceiling higher so that you can easily fly out of the map. Use this program to do that

Anybody got any idea how to do this. I just extracted the OBJ file and opened it in MilkShape 3D and moved the top points down, but that didn't work.

I'd assume its just a Float in the bsp tag like the banshee ceiling. I mean, they are very similar, and they don't have collision like the rest of the map, and they are invisible, and certian manuvers will get you past them.

I know for a fact its part of the collision model i just dont remember how it has to be edited to remove the invisible walls

Wait, so does the bsp have the model model and a collision model just like everything else? So the editing would have to take place in the coll model instead of the modelmodel? Or am I wrong.

Yeah the bsp has two different types of models

Theres the visuall model and the collision model. The collision model is where the ivisible walls are so thats the model you'll want to edit.
