HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

If you've ever tried the plasma pistol/oddball glitch, you know you are able to become weaponless. Now this is not bad for machinima purposes and such, but there is one problem...

The problem is that when the MC/Elite drops the weapon, his arms are then at an odd angle, sort of just held out in front of them. I've run a search on my query, and I haven't found any topics here involving how to mod the MC/Elite to have their arms relaxed, down by their sides.

Anybody know how to mod this?

i dont know about getting his arms at his side but i do know you can make it look like he is holding an invisable weapon. if that's not close to what you when than you are SOL at the moment.

If anyone has seen the Fire Team Charlie machinima series, located http://www.xboxottawa.ca/, then you know what I'm talking about.

They (FTC) did it in Halo 1. Check out episode 10-11 of their series, http://www.xboxottawa.ca/movies.htm, and you'll see what I'm talking about. I did look around in their forums for a topic on this but my search came up dry.

I need this mod for Halo 1 and Halo 2.

You could just Null out the shader or make the shader something invisible. Then, push down on the D-Pad and well, your hands will go down. Also, in Halo 1 do the same thing, but instead of using the D-Pad, look down.

since i have been working a lot with the halo 2 animations lately i will to see if i can mix a few animation to get the results you are looking for though.
