How do I get the single player maps onto my computer to mod?

I am very interested in modding the single player maps by taking objects from the single player maps and putting them in the multiplayer maps but I can never find them in my ftp program. Can someone please simply tell me where to locate these maps? Thanks...

... same directory as all ur other multiplayer maps
please tell me u atleast know u have to have halo on ur xbox hard drive

FTP. They are in your D folder. You have to have Halo 2 in your Xbox.

Halo 2 has to be on the harddrive and where you ftp from deponds on where you saved the game to on your xbox.

an easy way to ftp is open internet explorer and type ftp://xbox:xbox@(your ip adress)
