Re-positioning death zones

Ok, well I'm trying to place a single death zone over a large area. The problem is I can't seem to figure out how the stupid thing is positioned. I know to use Insolence, but when I change the size and position of the death zone, there seem to be holes in the death zone.
For example, lets's say there are 3 points, A, B and C(in that order). I'll drop down in points A and C and die, but drop in point B(in between the two other points) and live.
Also, the position values for the death zones in Insolence, are they calculated from the center of the death zone or from one of the edges?

Well, I figured it out. I don't know why it was doing what I said above, but I figured out how to position it at least good enough for my purposes...

Well, no problem with the death zones now...now it's the CTF player respawns....if anyone knows how to set the spawns or set a zone or something to prevent people from spawning at the enemy base, I'd like to know.
All I've managed to figure out is that the spawns themselves aren't set to a specific team...I figured this out when a player spawned in a spot and then a couple seconds later a player from the opposite team spawned in the exact same spawn. So there must be a zone to prevent this from happening.
BTW this is all for a BSP conversion I've done. These spawn issues are gonna drive me insane...so if anyone could help that'd be great.

Well, I believe that in one of the IPFs for insolence there was something... lemme go check it out... I'll reply whenever I get a chance.
EDIT: I got it, but I will upload it somewhere tomorow. Basically just open the tag in insolence, go to Death Zones, and make X, Y, and Z what you want, the important part is that thickness, width and I think Depth (something like that, it's the last thing, it should be obvious) are set to 0.

I wasn't trying to remove the death zone, just reposition it ot different spot for my BSP conversion but I got it figured out anyway.
My issue now is the CTF player spawn points. I've tried repositioning the nospawn zones, the initial spawns and the spawn gradients, but they don't seem to make a difference. Could someone please help me with that?
