error 21 screen

I need big help!!!!! I have this black screen and my xbox keeps flashin red and green. I was wondering if anyone had like a step by step process for getting rid of this. Thanks to everyone that helps me!!

theres no step by step process error 21 normally means you screwed something up bad ask at

it means ur dashboard is messed up
if u have a softmodded xbox that can use one of the game exploits and have ur C drive backed up u can fix
