Changing Characters Appearances

Is there any way to change the actual appearance of a character. Something like putting Chuck Norris's face, instead of an elite's face?
Any help would be great!

because wantting to make an elete look like chuck norris sounds like what alll the people in barrrens chat have been craping on about for the last few months..... chuck norris this... chuck norris that, and so on. stuff like "if you can se chuck norris, he can se you, if you cant see chuck norris, you may be seconds away from death. and so on.

Ghosts are actually caused by Chuck Norris killing people faster than Death can process them.
When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night he checks his closet for Chuck Norris.
Chuck Norris crossed the road. Nobody has ever dared question his motives.
Chuck Norris is allowed to talk about Fight Club.\
Jeeves asks Chuck Norris.
Chuck Norris doesn't read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants.
Lol, you could skin a SP soldier maybe.
