Can you play Halo 2 campaign maps on Multiplayer?

Basicly the title saids it all. I was wondering if you could mod it so you can play Campaign Maps in multiplayer, with Other Char, thanks alot

Not as of now at least becuase the metas are different.

well, i have a mainmenu mod i dl'd from here once, it has all the SP maps listed in the multiplayer map selection, and they allmost work, the main problem is you cant spawn, thats it, im guessing it needs some MP spawn points, but im not 100% shure on this, cos if that could be achived it would be able to do MP / coop on sys link with SP maps.

Well im pretty sure the have spawn points, you just need to change the scenario type in blueguerilla. Even then i'm not sure it would work :-/

Wow, thats cool. Do you know where I can find that file? What would I look up?
Ill take a look at that file, if anyone els knows, please share

sence i dont wanna open my good xbox and put its dvd drive in my mod box i dont have an originlal copy of the mainmenu.map, so i cant make a patch, i googled for it, but the link from google went to halomods file forum saying "this page dosent exist" i looked thru the files forum and its not up anymore, and im not alowed to put a whole map up for dl because thats illiegal for some retarded reason.

Here is something a friend said, i dont really understand. Can someone help me?
sice you soft mod you cant use the two eliete mods for campain useing a multiplayer setting... its a quick system link and a sp to mp map code change and the AI code dissabled. its easyer then it seems but if you dont know what your doing you can really screw it up!
Something with SP AI... MP stuff. >_<

what if you injected the meta of a multiplayer scnr tag and configured the spawns that way.
