HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I can't find the default.xbe file for the program to work, ive tried other default files but ended up with something else. where do i get the default.xbe file and/or the contentlister.xbe file? can someone help?

I got mimesis from xbins. Don't know if it's hosted anywhere else.
