Help Major modding n00b

okay i have recently softmodded my xbox and have heard there is a way to put halo2 on your hdd if you delete the campaign. If this is true that would be great so i can mod on old maps. Can someone tell me if its true and if it is how do you do it. Please Reply

yes its true and im pretty sure that there are still like 2 or 3 posts on the first page of this topic going over it so next time learn how to READ and SEARCH.

Well, your best bet is to have the Unleash X dashboard, and use the File manager to copy the files over. If you have an evox dash or somethign else, then simply use a FTP program to copy everything over but the campaign files. Actually you dont even need the "Bink" folder either.

Really? i thought that it wouldnt load without the bink for the intro and such. wow this si good i can save some more room

just spend a little money and get a hard mod with switch (WAY more reliable) plus softmodding CAN screw your xbox up
