Sniper Rifle

Is there a way for me to automatically spawn with a sniper rifle even tho everyone else spawns with a br? also does this work ONLY if i'm host?
Also is there a way to put elites in coagulation so that they run around as targets, cos I wanna improve my sniping ALOT.

Theres tuts on the first if youd just search a little.

As for the second putting ai into a map has not yet been discovered and told to the public so sorry but cant really help you there.
