For the first, the game only freezes when you do something to the map that is just not possible.
Second, after you mod so much on a map then you can't transfer something to it in insolence. That's why you should move all necessary objects into a map before you do much else.

On another note, i cant seem to get a scarab into coag. when i drag and drop, it always stops when it gets to like scarab.mode. or uppergun.mode. It Always quits transferring on the Mode for some reason. I can tell it has stopped because the computer gets really slow when it is transferring and u cant click anything or it will be really slow to act. When it gets to the .mode for the scarab, i can click and do anything so i know it has stopped transfering for some reason. Any ideas?
It hasnt stopped, just become slower, maybe your PC just cant handle it

If thats the case then close all of your other open programs and see if that helps or just ctrl alt del then close all unnneeded processes then try it.

Make a ppf from your modded map
transfer the scarab to a fresh new map
then apply your ppf

I though that patches wont be applied unless the map isnt tampered with at all?

if u modded the shit out of it then it wouldnt, but for just that 1 small change im sure there wont be a problem

yea i have too much stuff in my map so it wont transfer.....which really sucks:( and i still cant add chunks right for some reason.

Make adding chunks the first thing you do to the map.

Really? it only lets me add chunks when i havent added anything else to the map with another program.
