Error When Saved

Hello everyone. I have a SCNR plugin for H2x. When I goto use it, and I change a value or something, and I save, I get an error or something. Look at the imaage below to see what the error says.
Edit scnr.txt in the Plugins foler in H2x. Delete everything, and write the following code.
Someone try it, and see if it works on their H2x. If it does, link me to the H2x you have, because mine might be corrupted, or out of date. Thanks. I appreciate it.
