ok, im kind of a noob in this whole modding thing, i just downloaded 3 maps, but i cant figure out a way to put them in my xbox.... thanks anyone

what type of file are they ? .ppf,.serenity,.map???

they are .map, what is the diference?
i have a chip with evolution x and i mad a ftp connection but when i put a game in the xbox the ftp connection is lost, help with that please also

you need to have the disk out in order to transfer the maps to the box. Go to E then TDATA then the folder that ends in 64 then $c then whickever folder contains your map, and replace it. then put the game in and play.

ok, i pasted 3 new maps there, in that folder, inmure, corrupted and anxiety, but now that i put the disc nothing happens, its the same than bedore, do i need to do something else or what?

you need to rename the maps what they really are. for instance if its like the dawn of warfare which is a mod for containment then you need to rename it containment.map and overwrite the previous map.

dos mes, you are the man but i dont now which map is which map.... i think they are just new

open the map in a map editor and look at the top of the prog and itll say the original name of the map. Thats what you should rename it then.

what map editor yourecomend

dothalo or ADI fot viewing the original map name. or you could open the map in a hex editor and view the scenario name.
