HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Has anyone figured out how to change the order of territories? That way if you play with one territory you can kind of select which territory it will be.... Also, is there a way to force the read team to spawn on the "red side" and the blue team to spawn on the "blue side" on non Flag/assault games?
