Can someone get me a screenshot?

I don't mod H2, I don't have a modded box, or a video capture card. I mod CE, and I just need 3 screenshots from Halo 2 for reference.
I'm making a Halo 2-style HUD for the H2CE team, and all I have left to make are the ammo meters. I've been surfing the Halo 2 Downloads section all day trying to find the shots I need. I've gotten most of them done, all I need is one more, thich is someone overheating a plasma weapon/sentinel gun, so I can see the full heat meter.
Note that I need an actual screen capture; not just a picture of your TV screen; I try to trace the bitmaps pixel-by-pixel.
And here is what I've completed so far, in case you're wondering:
Note that that isn't totally finished; still have some work to do on it.
EDIT: Scoured the Files forum a bit more carefully and found the sniper meter and carbine meter. All I need now is the heat meter.
