Super Speed problem

Ya I'm pretty positive this is a noobish question but my superspeed it won't work I can get into the matg tag and go to globals and it has
Main
Grenade then grenade max count then it has Bipd and all the walk speed which are like 4.526689E+21 and stuff so one little tutorial thing tells me to change it to 20 or so and I have changed the number b4 the dot to 20 the number after the + and the whole number and tried alot of different stuff and it will not work and neither will the grenade count so any help?
