campain modding

i have got a ppf for a campain map but when i load it all i see is water. help

-Alot of things can make it more descriptive.

Name of ppf: ai_epic_battle_final-Shotguns-Vs-swords-newmombasa.ppf
What it is supposed to do: well it is supposed to load up newmombasa and ther are like 50-60 elites with sowds.
What campaign map: 03b_newmombasa.

i got it off of this site it was one of the mods of the month. o do i add it to the main menu or what
