Switching between 1.1 & 1.2

Switching between 1.1 & 1.2

Is there any way that I can have Halo 2 1.1 installed on my HDD and use that to play modded maps and such and then also have the 1.2 update and use that with the actual DVD to play on XBOX Live? Also if I already have the 1.2 update how do I completely clear it so I can start back at 1.1 with the Maptacular disc?
