Krayola's Race Alley?

I found where it was posted once, but its gone. It is a mod for ascension and theres a racetrack built around the map. I can't find a place to download this mod anywhere. This is where i found the mod but there is no download. http://www.xllnk.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=132
