Using modded maps

I have looked everywhere for a tutorial on how to:

PUT AND USE HALO 2 MODDED MAPS ON XBOX...

Can someone gimme a link?

I have 2 basic questions...

I want to know exactly where im supposed to put the modded maps on the hdd

AND

How I update the maps list or whatever it is....

you put the maps into the map folder in halo 2. if you dont have halo 2 on your hard drive you need to do that first. to add maps search!!!

I know how to add and everything, but I dont know where exactly and what I have to do with the maps list...And what program do I use for editing the map list?

Ok I read that tutorial, but that doesn't really help...

I have downloaded maps like Exodus V.1, The courtyard, descension, and lots more...that have been modded already...Im wondering if I need to sign all of them and stuff thats in the tutorial...Can't I just add them to my hdd and edit the map list?
