ok, i've looked all over. i plan to start modding tomarrow, but I can't find instructions on how to transfer the modded maps from the pc to my xbox. i found instructions on how to ftp into it though.

also, can i transfer maps from my pc to the xbox when my xbox is connected to a router that my pc is connected to, or do i have to buy the crossover cable and use 2 ethernet ports?

Good ole' www.xbox-scene.com for future refrence, il try to help you this time though.

1. If your xbox is connected to a router, and your PC is connected to that same router, YES you can FTP.

2. If you want to play modded maps of your halo 2 CD, you need to put Halo 2 on your hard drive. If you dont want to, and only want to mod the Download Content maps, then goto your E:/ Tdata/ (ends in 64)/$c folder.

3. You said you know how to FTP so that steps done.

4. Just download a modding program like Dothalo, and go wild!

Note: If your modding the Download Content Maps, you need to resign the maps using CMR. (coolspots map resigner)
