Now, before you think I am trying to cheat, my account was banned from matchmaking ages ago. I have no desire to cheat, in fact, I'm done with matchmaking for good. That said, I have a few questions.

Say I set the battle rifle to shoot sniper bullets, and the needler to shoot ghosts ...

How do I go about getting it to work for everyone in the game? I've gotten it to work to the point that I can shoot a ghost out of my needler and the people in the game can see and drive them. However, I can't get the ghosts to shoot out of all of the needlers. Why?

Also, when I set weapons to fire other projectiles (shotguns to fire tank shells, battle rifles to fire sniper bullets), the effect is there, but for everyone in the game, the stuff appears to be firing a normal shot. So, they fire sniper rounds out of the battle rifle, and can kill with one shot to the head, but they see it as battle rifle rounds.

All I want to do is make it so that people can actually DO what it's supposed to, not just see it. I know it's possible, as I have shot Spartans out of the plasma pistol and some kind of projectile out of the plasma rifle in custom games on live. I just don't know how to do it myself.

LEt other people do it themself next time so they can learn, and we dont want you to stress your hand out!

^Right, well it's not hurting anyone is it? I mean, it's not like I invite people into custom games to beat them 50-0 and be like "Har Har Har I r teh g00d!".

I'll retry that tutorial that you posted. Maybe I did something wrong the last time I tried it.

How about making a warthog flyable for everyone in the game? I can fly it, and they can get in with me while I fly it, but they can't fly it themselves.
