i seen some one talking bout a blood pack on a topic for hpc. is there anything like that for halo 2? if not how do you make more blood spray?

Change the lifespan of the blood effects.

but that wont make bigger sprays right? just stay there longer?

the effect itself will spew more decal causing chunks depending on how long you set it. Set it to 5 seconds, and lets say you blow a ODST away. While his body is in the air, it'll keep bleeding, leaving a thick trail behind him as he goes. You can mess with the size of the decals aswell
