Will i get banned if.....

I modded on xbc and i had skinned vehicles.. today i got a gamertag to play on xbl and i sewapped in my legit maps but when i started playin in mm my vehicles were still skinned... will i get banned 4 this?

No, the vehicles are stored in the cache drive. Xbl does not detect anything in there. I have skinned vehicles while I play.

wait i saw a tut on how to make the warthog fly by messing with the cache.. does that mean modders can make the hog fly undetected?
p.s. just so nobody complains i dont mod i only have one gamertag and i like matchmaking so no..
