PPF-O-MATIC problems

ok i have a new problem (like the 6th one) i open up ppf-o-matic click on the floppy picture beside ISO file then i click on all files go to my modded map e.g dune then i press ok
what do i do next i dont get what i have to do with the apply patch bit :$
