There was a plugin in for this posted a little while ago, I'll try find the link.
In the mean time try searching for 'Machine Plugin' using the Search function.
under the machine tag if you have the plugin it should let you change speed 6 is what i use for my fan and its hyper fast but it doesn't show it moving so fast it looks like its frozen
