I can now capture an image from my xbox perfectly, so if you want a picture of one of your mods, tell me (I prefer you ask me on xbconnect).

Why'd you never tell me that you were on halomods.com? wow.
You'd need a special device, like I have a slightly obsolete Python, what it does it that it takes an a/v yellow or S-Video signal and translates it into a printer cable type signal that you use X-Video (included with the hardware, not related to Xbox, I might add) and it will allow you to recordit as an MPEG or take screenshots. For this, I'd suggest this:
