serenity and insolece problem

well i download serenity and insolece and then extract them to a folder right, then i double click on the application and it says the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). click on ok to terminate the application, anyway of fixing this cause i heard it is a good program 4 halo2 modding

you need dot net framework
use windows update to download or search for it

hey again just downloaded microsoft .net framework SDK package and to no avail still get the same error

did i download the wrong one

Yes. SDK is Software Development Kit or soemthing like that. You need the redistributable one.
