Sized PPF errors

Im practically finished a map, and I used Sized PPF to make a ppf because the filesizes didnt match. Anyways I resigned the map after the ppf, sent it back to my xbox, and failed to lead map. I did this multiple times. Is there another program I can use? Or is my "glitchy guardians Sized PPF" outdated?
