Mainmenu filters

Well, I am working on a mod and I have had a great idea (IMO) but I haven't been able to get it working so far so.
I would like to add a blue and blur filer (the ones from main menu) to my upcoming mod (its meant to be underwater) so far I have tried recursive inject/extract.
this text is small, why are you looking at it, it's irrelevent to this question?
Has anyone done this (therefore knows how to do it) or has anyone got any ideas that may work?
I would really appreciate the help...i don't feel like using a hella lot of fog effects but if thats the only way then...

. Those filters were never made for a multiplayer level, just the Main Menu. You can try all you want but You most likely wont get anywere. I would suggest injecting Backwash fog and change the color of the fog...
