HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hello, i just downloaded a map pack, allied it was. I overwrited the allied main menu over the orginal on my xbox. I then played halo 2 and saw all the spots, pics, and descriptions for 30 some-odd maps. So then I ppf'd and signed all the maps with the auto patcher and signer, the put them all of my maps into folder on my box. Next I played halo 2 and tried to pick a modded map, it loaded, went black, then it went back to the pregame lobby. I think my problem is that i dont know where to put the modded .maps on my maps folder on my box. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

u need to rename each map unless the autopatcher does that for u or try doing each map by hand like i did

Or you can skip that whole step and remove the auto update by going to your e:/tdata/4d530064/$u and renaming Default.xbe to Default.xbea or something.

Thanks Fantom, but doing that deletes my new maps, how can i get those back on there?
