fuel rod cannon

Can anyone post a tutorial on how to inject the fuel rod cannon into MP. The insolence website is messed up and nothing happens when I click the tutorial link. I also tried searching for it on this website but no luck

1. Open Insolence.
2. Open the SP map that has the Fuel Cannon in it.
3. Open the MP map you want it in.
4. Scroll to the weapon tag in the SP map and click it.
5. Drag it to the MP map window.
6. Wait for it to finish moving.
7. Replace a weapon with it, or add a chunk to the map to have it spawn.
8. Sign map and play

Do I have to make a chunk or can I just replace a weapon in the itmc tag?

You can replace the ITMC it doesnt matter.
