How do you flood a map with water

Does anyone know how to flood a map with water???
Please help me if you know how

Possible, but I dont know how. Somebody did it in a Headlong Mod

Well i would guess you find the water, and then rais it somehow

I am sure you could add effect all over the level to make it seem under water

. That is all I can really think of on how to do that really...

i forget who did it, but it was for the atlantis mod made a while back
Edit: ask zenon, he did it and he made atlantis i think

when they made atlantis, they made the sky and fog and everyting look like underwather, i dont tink they used the same flood tecnick that xtsmxkiller ask for.

*sigh* u could probaly flood the map by changing the fog...(note that the fog on headlong is the water) so u probaly just change with a biger fog or something or change the water with a different lvl's water for example relic etc

lol, all i did was a shader swap and that was about 8 months ago lol, the only succesful one was with Flooded Headlong By GREEN CLAN and they never released any tuts, i believe it may require hex or just a lot of time and...well....fiddling lol
Atlantis was by 7th Sanctum and was done using a Sky plugin to edit the FOG
I belive you would probably need to change the Co-ords of the layer or bitmap, and then move the fog and stuff, i may have a go at some point, i'll let you know how i get on
