i was screwing around with saver one day makeing my guy looked pimped and i started to wonder is there anyway to make a specific players character better like ive modded my maps b4 and make elites jump higer throw further and so on but can u do it to specific players ???

Not without cheating. I know theres a way to make host start out with a different weapon, but thats cheating, and cheating is bad, and bad=ban.
