burial mounds lightmap

Ok, I used ADI's lightmap plugin to darken burial mounds, but there are two spots on the map that seem to be unaffected. First, the entraces to the cave and a spot by the base. I have changed the sky to a generic space sky as well. I searched for this and found the same question, but there was no answer. Does anyone know what causes those two spots to be unaffected by the lightmap plugin?
--Disregard the post. I found there's some problems with the light plugin for bigger maps, so I'll just inject all the bitmaps manually. Hope this works
--Nevermind, there's no problem with the lightmap plugin, it's a great application I just forgot to change the hex value. Stupid mistake
