Super bouncing and Super speed

I used Dothalo and made Masterchiefs jump height '10', and then I used Insolence to change the speeds, a guy told me some good settings to put them on, I then save them and make the patch and apply it and resign it and load it up on my Xbox. My battle rifle mod works, but my super jumps and super speed don't. What went wrong?

The reason I use insolence to change speeds, is because Dothalo always freeze...
