Remove Countdown Timer

Does anyone know how to remove the countdown timer, or disable it?

Go into Settings and select your gametype and turn off the countdown timer.

I mean dealy countdown timer, the one you see at the start. You know, game starts in :010...

if you turn it off it won't do anything since the xbox still has to load the level. It wont make the map load any faster.
