i wanna learn how to put AI into multiplayer, Any suggestions? i have tried a ton of things. People keep saying its impossible but i know theres a way help me find it

its possible, just very difficult. The more advanced programmers/hexers will get it sometime... hopefully.

Are you the guy that wanted to copy all my tutorials and put them on my site... Then I said I would prosecute you for breaking copyright laws, in return you asked if I could write some tutorials for your site?

define "mp".....it would be possible now to convert a mp bsp to sp and then spawn ai there. i am 100% sure that would work, but just spawning it in a regular mp level could prove to be little more difficult. we know enough to edit it, and are almost finished researching how it all fits together.

Are the BSPs of a level and the AI tags of a level related? Are there any references to the AI tags in the BSPs of SP levels? Because I thought that to spawn AI you would have to edit and add data to the scnr tag like TSF did for The Silent Cartographer MP for Halo 1 xbox.

ai is related to bsps, but it doesnt matter which type, mp or sp, its just used to state which bsp the ai spawn in....the problem that we are running into is that we believe ai are spawned based on a difficulty level, and since mp doesnt have any, that could be a problem. while it will be possible to customize ai in sp in the future, im not so sure that it will easily be done in mp, but this is just speculation and i havent had the time to try and put it in mp yet so im not 100% sure. its just what i think would happen.
