Simple Skinning question

I reskined turfs vending machines, that worked. I reskin the warthog tires on turf.map and nothing happens, clear all x,y,z...nothing happens. Do i have to change my warthog skin from shared.map or is there something else im missing?

if you reskin a warthog if you want it only in one map you need to use the bitmap internalizer otherwise leave it in shared.

im sorry, bitmap internalizer is a new term to me, could you elaborate?
