collections not spawning [need some help]

ok i iject some senery over from insolence then copy a .itmc wepon, then link it to wat i just injected rename it and close the map. then i add a chunk to the collections tag in senr, then i open up blue gurrila in adi and put the item i added to the map in the chunk i just added, and and then find some cordinants using coordfinder. then i save it and close the map and resign it and transfer it over to test it and the item i added doesnt show up.if anyone can help id apriciate it,,,,,

ive had this problem for month and i cant figure wat im doing wrong
