Scarb vehicle

i put the scarb onto containment from another map. everyone can see it and it looks kool. but i want to be able to make it a real vehicle so i can move it and put the turret on it so it can shoot. i've tried using insolence but it come up with too many errors and i can't get it to work. i'm very familar with dothalo and h2x and kinda ADI. so if u can help me out with this let me kno. thx
