1: Is it possible to send whole file games to people and they put that on their harddrive on the xbox and they can play the game.
Is it illegal?

2: Has anyone got any modding tools for any other games like state of emergancy and splintercell, basically, can you mod other games other than halo and halo 2-like a program 4 all xbox games?

Q 1. yes its illegal

Q2. You can mod any game. u just need to figure out how. check online for other forums specifically about modding those games
