lagging people out (dropping)

does anyone know how people lag someone out of a game in halo 2. its happened to me a lot. i just start the fucking game, and my whole team ends up in menu. if anyone knows how to do this. pls tell me. or if there is a different forum on this topic tell me.

i prefer the approach of getting their gamertag telling them then proceding to ban then
