I Was Wondering; What Are The Best Tools For Moding Halo 2.
(I Have A ModChip)
I've Had An Idea For Some Time Now: MiniScarabs.
Small Scarabs For Multiplayer.
Ya, It's Kinda Stupid But If You Could Direct Me To A Halo 2
Moding Tool That Could Do That, That Would Be Great.

You CAN get a scarab in MP and make it smaller , but I doubt that you can drive it ...
And I dont know what program you need to use for that sorry

replace the hog horn with the scarab, then null all hog shaders, thats a ghetto way of doing it

yeah but sadly all the importing stuff in insolence doesn't work over system link
