"Application Error" Will ne1 help me i want to mak

alright here the thing ive download char and dothalo and i extract the files but wen i try and use it says application error ive got winrar and .net and it still wont work ive read all the other tipics and nothin is help ive also posted and no1 was help i did get one reply and i thank him for it but it would be nice if someone would help me cuz im really interested in doin this stuff ive been workin on tryin to get it to work for almost todays and im really gettin irritated so ne1 pls help me
