Zanzibar Switch Problem with BItmap

Under the keypad for the switch gate there is two bitmaps (one for when its open and one for when its closed) i can change the one for when its open, but when i try to inject a .dds for the second one(the open screen) it wont work! dot halo will just stop reading the map it wont even resign it
anyone got any ideas???
or whats another skin injector?
