Ok First Off Let me Just Say this isnt the best help you can get here but i thought i would help you out because nobody else is.......
Second, Make Sure That the Map Name And The Map Files Have The Same Names ( not to sure if this is whats makeing it not work but give it a try)
Third, Try Searching though the forums because alot of people also have this problem.
hope this kinda help, sorry its the best i can do

im not totally sure why but it might be because, The New Patch you Applied To The MainMenu Had Blank Fields Where You Entered Your Maps, So When You Patched It It Returned Those Fields To 0 or Blank

The new maps use the four (now eight) spots after the maps that are on the disc. I think they start at slot 13 or something. The AU tried to put something over those slots. Since they weren't empty, it caused problems. Move all your custome maps 8 slots down from the original maps.
