Ok in Zanzibar....
How Do You Make The Sun Darker?, Im Making A Night Time Game And The Sun is Way To Bright.
ALSO I Need To Add About 4, or more lights to the map.
EDIT: i need to add turrets too

Can This Be Done?, HoW?

Sun check the sun files.
You need to add light? One problem.Haloce doesn't have something like omni lights. Its a texture that well glows or sents light out.You have to define it in the shader and in 3ds max you have to name the tezture somthing like
light!(i don't know if this one is correct).Check the HaloHEk tutoriall not the video its in your haloce folder. There they show about lights.
If you want to make certaun spots on the map brighter you can do that with lightmaps. Its like you *paint * your map in sapien.Check the advanced video tutorials on Halomods\tutorials

turning off the sun??? haha. it's not a lightswitch.

use ADI and find the lightmaps in the bitm tag and edit them with the LightMapLib.

Can't help oyu with other lights though, sorry.

But if you edit the lightmaps, only the level textures will go dark. The sun will still be up there shining as god knows what.
I don't know how to remove it though.

u change the sky to something else to get rid of the sun, or export it into photoshop and make a nightime skin, about the lights, im taking a random guess on thiss, but take the plasma glow effect thing of what ever pplasma rifle you like best, or the plasma pistol, and put them to something imported in to the map, or take the lights from turf or zanzi and put them were u need them. like i said, i guessed on the lights thing, but im positive on getting rid of the sun, to get the map darker, do what pmzukan said.
